REQUIREMENTS
A valid photo I.D. is required to pick up your badge; or attendee my provide proof of purchase or QR Code through Eventology / Ticketsauce.

We currently run on a Point of Contact system. When registering, the name listed on the order will be eligible to pick up all Badges on the order.  Badges are intentionally left blank for personalization.

TOK Convenience Pass - $15
*Requires a valid & up to date mailing address*
Skip the registration lines and jump right into the event
Badges are shipped at least two weeks prior to the convention. The $15 fee applies to processing, handling, postage, and advanced printing of TOK badges.
 
Unless you have opted for the TOK Convenience Pass, badges will NOT be mailed and will ONLY be available on location at the event.
 
Children's Pass
Bringing your kids? With the purchase of an Adult (18+) Weekend or Adult (18+) Day Badge, one child (12 and under)  is eligible to enter the event for free! - Limit one (1) childs pass per Adult (18+) Weekend or Adult (18+) Day Badge.

Charity Ball Pass - $10
Grab your pass to the 2024 Charity Ball, taking place Thursday July 11th, 2024, ahead of time! All proceeds will go to the 2024 Featured Charity (TBA).

Gaming Passes & Shopping Passes are NOT eligible for a Children's Pass.
 
2024 Convention T-Shirt Pre-Order - $15
Pre-ordered shirts will be available at the OS4CA Merch Booth, located in the Vendor Room, starting at 3pm on the Friday of the convention.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, shirts must be picked up by 4pm on the Sunday of the convention or they will be placed back into general sales.
 
All sales are final. A transfer option is available. If you need to take advantage of this, please reach out to us via our Contact Form.

Weekend Badge | Child Pass

Required: Weekend Badge | Early-Bird
FREE!
Children 12 years or younger are eligible for a free pass with a purchase of one (1) Adult Weekend or Day Badge. Limit one (1) child per Adult Weekend or Day Badge. Children 5 and under are free of charge and do not need to be registered. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event.

If you are adding a child's pass to an on site pickup, the child will need to be present at pickup.

Charity Ball

Thursday Charity Ball: The High School Heroes vs Tokyo SLAM

We will be holding a Charity Ball on Thursday, July 11th. The chosen theme will reflect the main theme of the Tokyo, OK event: The High School Heroes vs Tokyo SLAM!

 

Admission is $10. 100% of the proceeds will go towards this year's chosen charity, which is TBA. 

Dress is semi-formal / semi-formal cosplay, or Lolita; jeans and t-shirts will not be allowed. 

CONDUCT
 

  • The Charity Ball is for everyone to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. As such anyone whose conduct makes another guest feel uncomfortable will be asked to leave without refund and may risk losing their convention pass.
     

  • Unwanted actions can include but are not limited to unwanted proposals to dance or take pictures, starring in an inappropriate manner, overly aggressive behavior, language that demeans other people or groups, etc.
     

  • Everyone must have a wristband to enter the Ball, and the wristband must be shown to any Tokyo, OK volunteer when requested.
     

  • No alcohol will be permitted at the Ball.

Refund Policy

Item Transfer Policy

Badges / Passes / Sakura Club Memberships can be transferred! If for some reason you can no longer attend the event, please reach out to our Contact Form! 

Reminder: If you purchase the Convenience Pass option, once Badges are mailed, you will no longer be eligible to transfer your Badge. 

Age Restriction
Tokyo, OK is a family friendly event, which means we are an all age event. We do have fan panels that are 18+ due to the content included in the programming. These panels are identified on the schedule with an (18+). IDs will be checked prior to entry.
