Ticket Information

Registration Information
Standard WEEKEND Passes are valid for 3-day for IKKiCON 2025, January 10-12, 2025 at the Kalahari: Resort and Convention Texas. ICHiBAN, STAR, and PREMIER Passes are also considered WEEKEND Passes with additional benefits. Valid for attendees ages 13 and up.

The following are NOT included with a standard WEEKEND Pass:

Some Tournament Gaming sessions, including console gaming
Certain Autographs as decided by each guest
Any ICHiBAN, STAR, and PREMiER Pass benefits.
Merchandise sold at the OtakuMart, vendor booths, artist tables, or any affiliates of IKKiCON.

Any events, panels, tournaments, presentations, merchandise, etc. that require additional compensation entry.

Online Registration is your last chance at a discounted pass. Your badge will not have a badge name included on it. Prices displayed do not include tax or processing fees. Badges will NOT be mailed out and must be picked up in person during registration hours. To claim your pre-purchased pass you must bring your identification card and have your order confirmation printed with a QR code or ready to show on your device.

Badges and wristbands are considered credentials to be admitted to IKKiCON and must be worn or displayed at all times. Badges from previous IKKiCON events or any other conventions will NOT be permitted to allow you access to any of the event spaces.

All VIP Passes and merch pre-orders will end on December 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM. ICHiBAN Passes and Upgrades will be available on-site after sales end.

Day Passes
Individual day passes go on sale on January 3, 2025. Day pass holders will be given wristbands, badges are only given to WEEKEND, 2-DAY, ICHiBAN, STAR, and PREMiER Pass holders only. Sunday patrons can upgrade their wristbands to a badge for an additional charge. Day Passes are only valid for the corresponding days purchased.

Children
YOUTH Pass will be available for children ages 6-12 and is available to purchase at the door only. Children ages 5 and under are admitted free. All children must be accompanied by a paid pass holding adult parent or guardian at all times.

Method of Payment
Online registration is limited to payment via credit card. However, you may purchase passes at the door via cash & credit card.

Transferring
Transfers of your purchase and badge are not allowed. This includes the physical transfer or lending of your badge to another individual. If you are suspected or discovered to violate this rule you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Refund Policy
We appreciate your interest in IKKiCON and understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending. However, please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you at the IKKiCON.

Weekend Pass entitles the badge holder to access the event space for the entire operational hours over the event’s three (3) days, for attendees ages 13 and up as of 1/10/2025.

Prices will increase on December 15, 2024.

General Terms

Ticket/badge holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees, and agents against any claims. In purchasing this badge, the holder consents to be recorded (by audio, visual, and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases IKKiCON from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits IKKiCON and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors, and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; Holder also hereby: (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of IKKiCON. Holder also hereby: (4) consents and permits, with or without attribution, IKKiCON and its designees to use your personal audio, visual, and/or other means taken and/or produced at IKKiCON events and event locations for promotion, creation, exhibition, and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in our discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner that is disruptive of the Event. I have read, understood, and agreed to the cancellation policy and liabilities listed above. I authorize IKKiCON to charge the amount specified to the designated credit card.
